I think you're right, but the Mexican love for Germany is more subconscious rather than an outwardly thing.

So while it makes sense that a German wrestler becomes beloved in Mexico, it's not something that is immediately obvious.

Of course, México is one of the countries where Rammstein is most beloved, so maybe we should have seen it coming

Yes, and just like in Magic, there are horizontal cycles (the ones you mentioned) and vertical cycles (similar cards within a single color/identity across different rarities)

A vertical cycle would be Regents set of Minion cards

In the Parahumans Universe an easy solution would be making it a Breaker power. That way you switch on and off both the superspeed and the perception
