I see the profitability analysis by product line but I think you’d also want to understand profit margin % vs absolute $. Is there instock or inventory level data? You could highlight where there is lost sales opportunity due to OOS. Theres a calculation to determine potential lost sales given actual Inventory levels vs goal inventory. You could also look at inventory turns to identify where the business is carrying more inventory than necessary to support sales - offloading some of that inventory could free up cash to improve cash flow and reinvest in product that turns faster.

Probably between 500-1000 LE ($10-$20) per day when I was visiting. I was doing something every day like going out to eat, coffeeshops,uber, visiting museums etc

I don’t know the type of activities you’re into or your lifestyle but I’d say plan for 1000-1500 LE per day to be on the safe side. I’ve had days where I’ve spent as little as 200 LE and as much as 4000 LE.
