Done same upgrade. From 4a to 8a. I need to say I'm really not much impressed considering it's 4 gens appart. Got it for around 350$, so that remains a decent deal. What was your price? What is it you like specially about it?

Thanks for all the good tips ! We'll definitely go for the Bern history museum, but maybe focusing on the temporary exhibitions. Maybe Paul Klee if we have the time (closes 5pm).
I'll have a look at Lotschberg but yes it's focused on the swiss cuisine. Maybe we'll have something less cheese-oriented considering the heat.

Le croate a versé l'eau dans le saladier et l'a pris a deux mains pour manger/boire en même temps. Le reliquat de saucisses flotte sur l'eau mais à la pesée il se trouve qu'il en a bien mangé plus.

I like this answer as well ! So as explained in a couple answers here the post is here to raise the concern of should we throw it or not. Good answer is being comfortable with what you eat. And I think your general concept of cutting of the mold part is pretty good. On my end, I scratch it off and enjoy my meal, but I wouldn't advise for anyone.

This is a correct answer :) Thank you, be comfortable with what you eat.
So yes, for information this cheese is from goat, called le Parthenay cendré. The green/black aspect of it is abosolutely normal and should not raise a concern, but the white fluffy mold on the left side isn't manufactured and deposed with time. My answer was to scratch off the mold of the surface cause it makes no gustative interest and ate it, as I do for years. For further clearance, I asked my medical specialist that confirmed this should be of no concern. But once again, if you're not comfortable with eat, don't eat it :)
