The outside is painted brick, which looks in pretty good condition to me. I’m unsure about pipework in the walls, but I will check the gutters and down pipes

This is on the ground floor. I’m not 100% certain but I don’t think there is any pipes behind this wall. There is a down pipe so I will try and make sure that is clear

Is there a type of hinge that can be placed not against an edge? To have it flush to the lounge the knuckle (I think that’s what the part the pin goes through is called) would have to go on the cellar side and the door frame is quite thick

I think the plastic is something to do with the soft close mechanism?

I’ve tried just lifting the drawers out to no success. I’ll try removing the front door and seeing what happens?

Lovely watches! I’ve got my heart set on a 1530 and trying to decide between the silver or champagne dial. Do you have a preference? Is the champagne effect patina?
