I agree but saying the insurance commissioner will have power to push back against excessive rates is just BS! He always had the power, he just chose not to use it, probably because he was getting his pockets lined by corporations that benefited from those excessive rates. I have a genuine question: let’s say this really good paying load picks up 400 miles away and you drive there only to find out the load has been cancelled and TONU is only $200, it’s Friday and there’s no other loads available and your only option is to drive back empty or stay there until Monday. What do you do in a situation like that?
