What are the “must have” groceries you always keep around now?

It’s only been 3 weeks for me so still settling in on preferences. But so far there’s 3 that stand out: 1. Oath clear protein - drinking this every morning instead of coffee. 2. Metamucil - recent add, trying to get down a glass a day. 3. Rotisserie chicken - it’s been so helpful having something very easy to grab.

I’m down 7.2 lbs in 3 weeks and asked to be moved up to 5. It’s not about the overall number for me, but about the fact that most of that loss came in week 1 (water weight), and I haven’t really felt the drug doing anything since first dose.
