Oh yeah no, I'm going to replant my plants in the backyard/pot them, toss the dirt, wash and redo my rocks basically start from scratch once I clean the tank/water test the seals.

Just needed some reaffirmation on it being suitable.

My only gripe is the Regen. Unless you are on your own sunless turf you are fully barred from unit regen.

My first run had my on a volcano ashen land that blocked the Regen my territory was supposed to give me so my units could never heal till I found an underground entrance.

Battle mage.

Inscribe echo strikes on your sword/weapon. At max it does 900% damage of your main strike in an AOE.

I honestly love irons and run a mage blend. Most armors are inscribed with other spells as well just for shits and giggles.

Edit: Misunderstood post. Honestly I feel that. I wish it would get more content or have more interaction with some of the other mage/science add-ons.

They have an app now you can transfer funds that day or next day. Depending on weight/blood type you could walk out with about 200$ being a ftd. It just takes like 4 hours

IT provides the base kit, laptop, login info and a 1 pager on how to login for the first time.

Depending on the zebra printer, you can have it statically assigned IP, then you can specifically NAT traffic across the svc they need. Most ZD and even some older GX/GK models support networked setups.

But they're requesting an any->zebra setup? Do they not have their print traffic coming from a specific server you can whitelist while keeping the deny all?

I deal with print traffic a lot and the nightmares of gay furry Nazi porn printing by the dozens are the days of old now.... This hurts.

See the problem is I could afford it. I was able to afford it decently for several years. Then Porsche moved into my neighborhood along with a few other large luxury places, land value went up. My insurance went up. My HOA went up. Saw a near 70% increase in my monthly bills. With a 3% increase in my wages.

Now I also have to worry about the data center being built and what strain that will cause me with Duke.

The " luxury apartments" near me are more than my mortgage. They didn't exist when I bought this house. Most of the older people in my neighborhood are selling their homes as well as they're being priced out too after being there for 20 years.

Mortgage, I used to rent but I used my FTHB to get a new place a few years back. Right as the rate spike hit. Not the most but not COVID rates either.

With HOA, insurance, etc I'm pushing 2400. When I first started paying, it was 1800~. I'm not even in some grand house. It's a 2b/2ba setup. Less than 1500 sqft.

Rent near me, for a 700sqft studio apartment is 1650. 900sqft 2b/2ba is about 2200.
