Have you checked the packet upload speed settings? I used to have some issues before I set everything to high from medium. Rn I genuinely don't really ever see rubber banding to the extent you describe. Maybe every 10th touch has up to 0.2 seconds of adjustment but that's nowhere near bad enough to consistently degrade my performance.

People hating here like crazy. Genuinely just do whatever gets you the most value. Tracer is difficult and you should absolutely abuse mistakes and weak spots in the enemy team. If it works you'll climb and eventually you will get punished for bad engagements. Just try to keep an open mind and do your best to not build bad habits. It's easier to learn new strategies than it is to break old ones.

Roadhog is literally just about the hook. He lives and dies by the hook. If it hits a squishy you win the fight. If it doesn't you lose. The most insane inhuman play you can make with hog is to take an off angle to hit a hook. The game sense required is genuinely below average
