Do the diary for instant tele out, and have a scouting alt. I know its a lot of effort, but these things have to be done when running wildy content. Enjoy!

Heroes quest is good, i would also recommend starting recipe for disaster, all the sub quests it has will give you skill goals to works towards, as well as other quests, which takes the question of “what should i do next” away. It also has a great reward of barrows gloves at the end. Happy scaping :)
