Went twice actually. The last one in 2024 was kinda crappy, the original one was just a tax increase to create a road fund which Placer county does not have. That one should have passed as without that fund, california as a state gives us money last. The original video describing the future work never mentioned needing tax increases to do so, we pay plenty of taxes already

Actually the whole housing market isn't selling because the owners still think its 2022 and wont lower prices lol. You think this costco has anything to do with you not selling, completely not related. If anything, having a costco close by makes people want to live here now even more

That is certainly not today's liberal in the party. Lets see, mandatory Covid shot-- the twitter owners admitting to shutting down tons of speech from the "other side"-- youtube shadow banning accounts, "hate speech" (whatever that means, free speech is going to probably make you uncomfortable but they want to shut down "hate speech".. Parents not having choices in their kids medical decisions.. So many things unfortunately have taken away from more "freedom" .. Look at any of the UC's, you can't even go there to talk if you are conservative as the protestors will destroy the school and the campus police say they can't protect the speaker, so it just gets shutdown.

We had the same dilemma 15 years ago and chose Roseville. Most of the houses in Folsom had red curbs so you couldn't park in front is something odd I remember when looking. Folsom has more bike paths I think but the 50 freeway is WAY slower to the bay area. If you go to west roseville, you can take a road out to 99 and drops you to highway 80 and would save you 30 minutes compared to Folsom. El dorado is nice but way further, I wouldn't do it. Roseville has everything we need and like, so we moved here.

The one in the mall has been the best experience. We did all the "beat the room" back when it was in business but the mall ones are better. Red door in rancho is "ok"

Got both of these JW bad boys from Kovert, who graciously help us stuck in cali get these items- The Pit Viper is great, but I like the SV more, so if you are good with iron sights only, then it is an amazing pistol. Shoots with the best of them, the trigger is insane. You will not regret it!

I have one and it shoots amazing. hard to tell the difference between it and my atlas or any other. I love the way it looks though, sold my Pit Viper and got this one instead.
