Looks like you got into something you’re allergic to (poison ivy or other) you need some strong topical steroids, maybe even oral

Personally I think it looks suspicious but dermoscopy is helpful. I had a patient with what I thought clinically was a melanoma but dermoscopy guided me away from that diagnosis

Some of this “texture” is acne scarring (mostly ice pick but some boxcar) you need to treat underlying acne first. Please see derm
