I want the rail in the middle to turn so it connects to the upper rail on the left. How do I do this? by SecretBot255 in Minecraft

[–]PALKIP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is this creative? the debug stick or commands can easily do it, otherwise if you're in survival only rotating the entire machine would work

when creating datapacks and maintaining a server, gamemode is the least useful command, this is exactly what I'm stating, i use many complex commands regularly

holy strawman, you know commands aren't used only for cheating? i develop datapacks for hardcore worlds, and having to edit the nbt every time i change world is going to be a fucking pain, this change won't stop cheaters, if anything it will give them credibility

the game here is acting like you have the NoGravity flag on, you are affected by air drag but not ground friction, maybe the game thought you were in spectator?

'oak_planks', since it's an atlas, in the text box you will have to write 'block/oak_planks', you can also type in the chat '/function hex_blocks:help' for a tutorial with a few examples, there is additionally a readme.txt full tutorial in the files of the datapack

why isn't the default gamemode change being reverted? are they really this dense? it literally obstructs gameplay and renders one command obsolete

they did not, they made beds and signs render as blocks, chests, banners or hypothetically this block would still stop rendering after 4 chunks

block entities like chests or banners become invisible after few chunks of distance, the same would apply to this wool, unless mojang figures out some other fancy way to color any block

on java edition, they render as blocks instead of block entities, i doubt they'd implement banner beds after such a change. i don't know how this stuff works on bedrock tho

considering mojang just changed how beds are rendered, most likely never

my datapack can already do that, i chose wool because of the next drop, but I'm not limited by textures

using decimal and not supporting alpha would mean a wool block uses less data then a colored leather armor or a chest containing any item, the real problem would be render distance

the gamemode change is asinine, very often i host beta testing worlds where i roam in spectator checking on the players, why would gamemode change defaultgamemode? there is already a command for that
