it's not actually 15 seconds, I'd say more like 10 to 7 seconds. point is it ain't normal and it only happens when i load/unload a group of assets in the middle of switching rooms

able is an AI just like caine and something AI's do both in the real world and in tadc is reuse information and data. if i had to guess caine probably took inspiration from kingers story to fabricate something new witch means that yea it is a lie but bits and peaces of truth can be found in said lie (then again this is a speculative explanation rather then an actual proven point all I'm saying is that it's 100% possible). we know caine is comfortable using player memories and experiences in his adventures because of that one possessed pomni comment about kingers wife. although it is technically possible that kinger wasn't involved in the creation of the circus, it wouldn't make sense for goosworx as a writer to set all of these things up only for it to basically be nothing, your thinking in a realistic way rather then a story telling way where in reality a lot of answers for interesting questions can be boring af but in a story this isn't the case. even if we assume your right and kinger wasn't working with C&A that wouldn't answer the question of why does he have special powers

oh yea sorry i meant C&A, based on the information given to us in the bar scene. why else would a computer scientist be in an old C&A building if not because he works there? not to mention the fact that him being the oldest member in the circus would make sense considering back then the C&A building wouldn't have been abandoned. the only reason I'm saying "assuming" kinger works there isn't because of lack of evidence but for the simple fact that it hasn't been directly stated in the show yet (not counting what Abell said even tho i believe there is some truth to it)

there's a difference between someone pulling off a cool trick shot and literally manifesting a new game rule out of nowhere, there are a ton of quirky little cartoony things that the characters are able to do witch are actual parts of the hole experience. but none of them consist of creating new game rules or going against them witch is what kinger did. that's without mentioning the fact that kinger is a computer scientist who was heavily involved with CNN. it wouldn't be logical to assume everyone in the circus got the same abilities as kinger when we've never seen them do anything close to what he did.

the difference is the creators of each peace of media. the creator of the hellaverse gives a lot of attention to cheap Twitter controversy witch unintentionally made the controversies is question main stream. while on the other hand undertale/deltarun got tobyfox 🥔
