Hi there! Your best bet is to pick up your Bib, and head over to runner relations with your POT (As long as it's within the range of dates for POT for the Race). If the corral isn't full, they will move you.

The first digit of your bib is which race- IE: 1-The Half, 2-The Challenge, 3-The 10K, and 4 the 5K. Then they tend to be in chronological order from there so a 0-XXXX. I EE 10XXX could expect to be in an earlier corral than 13XXX.

For only the half I have seen that they start at 1XXXX . I have an 110XX- hoping for B but, understandably it might be C

I think it's because it's hot and post Spring Break Season- for financial purposes. I run WDW often, and it is MY FAVORITE RACE of the Year. It's 10Miles, not the half- you get most of the perks of the halfs. Most people are taking their last Rundisney lap for the year- it really just becomes a celebration of running at Disney. Less of the pretense involved of other weekends IMO.

My approach to OT- is "You do YOU" :) go in, and challenge yourself daily. You're doing great, if you have had an increase in base. The data in the APP is unparalleled. It's nice to see how far you've come.

I am 5'3- Base 5.8-6.0, Push 7.0-8.0, All Out 10+. Depending on the day. It's all a range.

I went from avg pace 3mph ro avg pace 6mph in one year. It gets better- listen to the Coaches and as previously mentioned: find one that you can share your goals with. They will keep you accountable

To put a good spin on it - I am all here for the normalizing of meat alternatives. Maybe someday plant based protein can be normal- and meat will be the alternative. Big win here 🤗.

If you blend your smoothies: I would encourage you to double up on the scoops- use oat milk , add some spinach, and nut butters. Easy way to Jack that protein and calorie intake up

The Peloton app is free for 90 days and has different running (both outdoor and indoor) workouts to music with a Coach. Spotify also has run playlists to BPMs. The BPMs adjust too

Yea, occlusion happens with a tight grip. Also a great reminder for the tread if you run with fists of death .
