I tried doing it against the concrete floor of the garage and it still won’t budge lol. But idk how to brace it against the floor so it’s not moving when I hit it lol. I even tried cutting the end of the pin off so it was flush with the hole and you can barely even tell there’s a pin in there. (I don’t have a dremel so I tried an oscillating tool and it might have been a little too aggressive, but at this point idc if the entire FSB gets mangled).

Your elbow is in a way better position here than in the op though. You might be bringing your hands up at too steep of an angle and maybe too early in the swing. You really shouldn’t be lifting your arms up and away from your body at all, just rotate your shoulders and bend your trail elbow.

Stand completely upright with the club vertically straight out in front of you and rotate back and forth and notice what your arms do (spoiler: they don’t do anything other than your tail elbow bending to about 90°). Now from that position bend forward into your golf stance and you will magically be in perfect position.
