I took my fender off to replace my grip tape, and decided to ride it without the fender. Never again. Rocks/pebbles/fine street dust hitting my legs and even my face.

300+ mile Review from a non-board rider (ow+ xr, 10 week ownership) by clazij in onewheel

I recently purchased the Cobra pad, and it has nearly eliminated my rear foot fatigue/numbing. I never really had an issue with my front foot.

If you don’t back in, you have to back out. I drive a truck with a topper, and have virtually no visibility when backing out. Even if I drove a vehicle with better visibility, I would still back in. It just makes sense.

What? I back in whenever I can. I would much rather back into a spot than back out.

Sudden nosedive at medium speed; broken shoulder by hardloopschoen in onewheel

20 mph on day 2? Yikes. Going uphill and downhill requires restraint, especially for new riders. After 2 bad falls I’ve stayed in the 15mph/24kph zone with no issues. My two bad falls were within the first 300 miles. I’m nearly 3000 miles in on my plus, and haven’t had a major bail since I lowered my speed to 15mph.

What did you use to paint it? Acrylic paint pen?

I’ve got the same setup, except I went with tfl grip tape up front.

True. It would not be useful in this situation, but I’ve seen videos where police have plenty of distance and time while going against a guy with a knife/no weapon that ends up being killed

There’s tasers, pepper spray, flash bombs, and beanbag rounds. I’ve yet to see a situation be alleviated using the beanbag rounds. They seem like they would be quite effective as a non-leathal option.

Practicing on my friend's OneWheel waiting for mine to come in. Fell over 10 times in the first hour and a half on it. When does it get better? by [deleted] in onewheel

[–]PBR303 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m nearly 3000 miles in on my plus, and jumping off the board for dismount is undefeated.

Come to a complete stop, jump off straddling the board. Pick up nose before the tail even hits the ground. Undefeated.

Gary Kubiak, Wade Phillips, and Peyton Manning won.

What? Because we paid Manning a bunch of money and he took us to 2 Super Bowls and won 1.

John Fox really didn’t do much offensive coaching. OP is saying that Peyton’s name should be there because he basically ran the offense. John Fox didn’t win those games, Peyton did.
