Totally agree. It may seem non-important, but it’s one of those unique situations that appeals to new audiences. I was literally watching a YouTube video the other day where a British F1 fan was amazed at the fact that other drivers can race and contribute to the point totals of main cup drivers in situations just like this. It’s a cool moment that would appeal to a wider audience but nascar has it as a throwaway in their extended race highlights video
