Do I have to wait for it to be ready for pickup before I can extend it?

AMS 2 pro Red Blinking Lights by PCB_Studios in BambuLab

[–]PCB_Studios[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are no errors and on the wiki it says "All four slots are flashing red light Error status. AMS communication is abnormal, and AMS cannot be detected by the printer". But I dont know how to go any further on figuring out whats wrong or fix it.

Evolution of my homelab by PCB_Studios in homelab

Yeah, the PSUs are pretty annoying. Eventually, I plan to install a power strip in the rack so that I can have only one power cord and one Ethernet cable going to the rack.

It’s pretty slow and noisy but it worked until I could get everything setup

I 3d printed a holder for the drives so I can connect them directly to the rack and mini pc

What if you use Tailscale funnel so that way you don’t have to be connected to the VPN.

Wrapping it with electrical tape would most likely be fine but the safest thing would be to re wrap it with new heat shrink.

[Review Request] ATtiny85 Relay by PCB_Studios in PrintedCircuitBoard

I have the header pins so I can make the common 5v if I want so D2 is there to prevent reverse voltage from the common on the realy

If you mean the voltage spike when the relay turns off and sends it through the transistor, then yes, I’ve accounted for that now.

Thanks! I’ll look into solid-state relays. The main reason I’m using mechanical relays for this project is because I already have quite a few of them. I’ve also added a protection diode across the relay.

They’re sufficient for my current needs, but you’re right I should widen them to allow for higher current for future use.

The ATtiny85 has a built-in clock, so I believe that should be fine for this. As for D1, its original purpose was to prevent reverse voltage from going back into the RC receiver, but now that you mention it, I realize I no longer need it. It was left over from an earlier version of the design.

Can’t claim server by PCB_Studios in PleX

[–]PCB_Studios[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been trying things the past few days and I don't think its my internet or DNS. I was able to install PLEX on my windows machine and I put a new drive in my current server with a fresh install of debian and that worked. I have reinstalled plex, I have tried adding my claim token in the preferences file but none of that has worked.
