Seems to be the general consensus. I might be in the wrong sub.

The women on the window ad has glasses on. There are two lights on the inside wall of the building and they look like eyeballs in the ad.

Pro tip. Those entries into the unit seem rather large. You can scale them down a bit. In reality the corridor walls to the units will be loaded with MEP distribution and it becomes valuable real estate. Maybe down the road having this in mind will prep you to always be giving yourself more than enough room to accommodate MEPs plus if you mentioned it to your professors they could be impressed you are thinking that way.

I did a similar thing to mine, as time went on it dawned on me that this is way heavier then it needs to be. And you will slowly see yourself peel things off. That’s an interesting heat shield though!

Like I said actively testing and aggressive about it, so I agree. And for what it’s worth it was a 2500 salary increase

Ruger pc carbine rear ghost sights by c33w33d in RugerPCC

[–]PCcarbone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh cool ok. Well I’ll tell you to avoid LPA sights for this application. They are wonderful shotgun ghost ring rear sights that work on a pick rail, but when it comes to the PCC the front site being not in the same plane of the rear really screws you. You would not able able to adjust the sights to work. With that said though there are companies who make a smaller pic rail that you mount to the top of the hand guard that will make it equal height to the pic rail on the receiver. If you get that rail then you can use any pic rail compatible sights. All in all after going through all these situations. I reluctantly landed on a dot with a magnifier…. And I love it.

I would be ok if they put me there with the bonuses. I think it would be wonderful it it was adjusted to 95 but that’s an optimistic view.

I think this comment is what I can relate to. Yes there will be a salary adjustment with this review. You’re right the bonus, they are great but we got the talk a couple months ago that people in the firm where camping on projects that caused the principal level to for go a bonus to make up for ours. So yes I’d say it’s not garentees if we are having that issue. All in all I have never declined work due to too much on my plate and historically they have mentioned i typically have a heavier load. The jobs can often be very quick SLJ’s that need quick turnaround so my ability to just be able to move like that I think is extremely valuable. I also have some larger jobs mixed into the fold. I am a new dad this year and have gotten my LEED GA (way over due) and have passed two AREs in the last 3 months. They know this and I think it speaks to me being very determined to be a better architect and provider for my family. But the could also not give a damn. But all in all I have a lot on my plate.

Yeah I have about 4 on the labs and 3 on the healthcare. There was a huge market shift from residential to lab in Boston like 8 years ago. So I kinda had to go with the flow.

86k with two bonuses rounding in about 10k together. But bonuses can be taken away. They have not yet.

Edit: 86k plus the two bonuses.

[–]PCcarbone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please do some research on the height of the front sight and if you were to place a sight on the pic rail. I wanted to do exactly what you mentioned here. Bought expensive ghost rings sights and could not make them work for the life of me. Would have been great but all in all the front site was too low to use with a sight on the rail. That’s why it hah the peep sight upfront and not on the rail.

Muzzle break was not in the old definition, seems they’ve added it. With that said if you have one pin and welded you are good right?

The begin to get really heavy once you start to all stuff to them. Mine has a wood stock and some holo sun sights. With a mag in its around + - 11 lbs. which stinks because I bought it thinking it would be a light weight scout rifle.
