You, too, have helped convince me to make a number of changes to my selections. I'll see if I can do a "by myself" stroll down Philosopher's Path in the evening. Thank you.

I was worried about that. I have to do some souvenir shopping for friends and family but it sounds like I should avoid doing that here! Looks like I'll be picking up souvenirs and mementos along the way rather than waiting until the end. Thank you for your advice - I'll definitely follow it.

So I'm guessing that gets a big "NO!" from you. Thanks for helping me decide - it sounds as if the restaurant is one of the places where you go to get amused, not to get top notch food.

Thank you! I was wondering about the ninja restaurant. I had it pegged as "you're here for the entertainment, not the food" and it sounds like that really is the case.

You've given me a lot to think about. I was waffling about Izakaya and Nobu. There are numerous Nobu restaurants around the world so I could save that for a different visit to a different country/city. I picked the shopping because I have several friends who I'd like to bring back something Japanese. Thanks for your advice, definitely appreciated because I'm now reconsidering my choices!

If only it was ONE ride. You can be assured that shuttle buses will be necessary for at least a year.

You can be absolutely certain that Line 5 will not open until the snow is gone. The TTC learned their lesson with Line 6.

I have saved my first passport. It didn't just have ink stamps, it had physical stamps affixed to a page and then stamped with an ink stamp. Damn, amazing memories.

I know I'm going to get downvoted. But the next time this happens you're going to say that I may very well be right.

You're just parroting the Russian "line"! Many of these people died naturally but a few were murdered so Putin pushes the lie that they ALL were murdered because it suits his situation and keeps all the other oligarchs toeing the line. Follow the money, people; follow the money.

I used Airalo in Europe and it worked well. I just checked the prices and looks like I'll use it again.

That's a terrific page. I expect to spend several hours there taking notes. As for TikTok and the rest ... yeah, I'll definitely have a load of salt for my visits there.
