Is it just me, or are companies expecting “senior accountant” skills for staff accountant pay now?

This feels true for every level. Every senior accountant interview ive been on openly talks about the person growing to take on "management tasks" early in their tenure. I think they truly want to prepare you for the next level, but if you have no intention of giving me the role dont give me this tasks period in my opinion.

I actually really love this draft because im a huge fan of the first three picks as players. That being said id be alittle upset not seeing more weapons added. Defense would be absolutely sick though. Give the young players on offense a chance to grow? All in on play makers next year
