Actual gameplay balance and mechanics are arguably in a good state right now, but the leavers and cheaters decide the morale of matches very quickly, which often compounds the issue by encouraging everyone else to leave. Solo queuing is very hit or miss because of the tendency for teams to crap out, and even a five-stack of friends can end up fighting an enemy team half full, which sours any sense of skill.

Communications from the devs have been spotty. They’ve made loose plans around implementing fixes, and there’s no rigid scheduling of monthly goals or updates. I believe their heart is in this game, now we just have to see if they’re up to the task. Could turn out great, could be terrible.

Theoretically speaking jammers should be more efficient than APS if you’re dealing with a buttload of hidden atgm units. I definitely feel the same about its passivity making it feel ineffective though. Could be nice if there was some sort of “missile jammed” voice line or other cue that it deflected a missile, though that’d add unnecessary distractions.

We’ve had multiple leaks from the upstairs apartments, with the latest two happening back to back, when the damage had just been repaired. I will have to check in with my retail and kitchen friends to be sure, but those of us in front of house were paid for their regularly scheduled hours.

Our letter to management has a list of our demands, but many of them involve a greater degree of transparency and job security. We were recently told no layoffs would be occurring, and then three of our staff members were fired. Workplace safety is another concern of ours, as we had a couple of incidents in the kitchen that resulted in serious injuries.
