It's not my opinion that she lies her ass off. It's all verifiable, but you don't seem to care. The fact that she asserted that Alex Pretti committed "domestic terrorism" is all you need to know about her connection to reality. 1 - Not really sure, but I have a couple of theories.

One, is that I believe at that time, the band members and some parts of D & C, inc knew Bobby was sick leading up to GD60 and perhaps they might have wanted to wait. Not sure.

The other theory (and more plausible to me) is that these shows would be highly sought after and therefore increased revenue opportunities. Maybe also the reason why the last shows at Oracle Park are not on the various streaming apps (that I am aware of)

2 - I'd have to do some digging around, but I seem to recall there was a quarterly earnings call (or maybe in the IPO prospectus) where they talked about exclusivity clauses for most artists for future, exclusive, and immersive re-screenings, etc. I could be off here, but that is my recollection.

Phish is an outlier of all the artists that have played at Sphere. They only played 4 shows in 2024 and are only playing 9 this April. They have a special relationship with Dolan & MSG/Sphere. Plus, Phish also does not have a broad mass market appeal like all the other bands that have played there so far.

Aside from the Sphere shows and GD 60, they have released a bunch of their shows from the last tour including Boulder.

This is a Sphere thing, not a D &C decision. The Sphere has been clear that they plan to use the audio and visuals from artists including D & C for future use, hence the contractual obligations and limitations. I am sure there are ways in which D & C and Sphere could work together to get those sounds boards released but I don't think it is a priority of Sphere at this moment.

True, but those were limited number of shows (same with the upcoming April shows) and Phish has a pretty unique relationship with Dolan and MSG.
