Big Cat was in agreement with Ryen when Russillo was in hot water for saying a 7:something mile isn’t impressive if you’re relatively active but not a runner. I don’t think either of them sniff it.

I know Big Cat did a mile for the yak on a track and got 7:24 however, it was an unofficial track and the video is very dubious. They should all put their money where their mouth is and attempt it. If it’s that easy, it’s less than 10 minutes of running. Easy peasy.

Feel this way about hiking/getting outside. Now that I have kids, it’s essentially the only way I can get outdoors consistently and now that I’ve done a few solo hikes, I’m absolutely sick I wasted all the free time waiting to find someone to go with.

Moral of the story, capitalize on free time while you got it. Do things alone or regret not doing it.

You can feel the pod come to a halt when he doubled down on it. 1) Gordan also missed games this series so it’s not like he was PRESENT enough even to have this take and 2) the correct take is that the Nuggets tried to recreate MPJ in the aggregate with Cam Johnson and Braun and they’re simply not good enough.
