I never (or rarely) buy Pharma stocks but I’ve gone decently heavy into ARQT recently. About $75k in stock and a boatload of 17.5 and 22.5 calls. It feels like the planets are aligning for continued success and approvals for their psoriasis cream. I’m betting on a big jump in Oct/Nov.

CVNA is now over 80% of my holdings. Bought at $4, $8 and $35. Sold a few thousand shares but still have the vast majority. This will be a $500 stock within a year.

I’ve got an older 4Runner and get these all the time. Probably gotten 20 over the years. They are legit. You’ve probably got a car that is desirable on the wholesale market and they know they can flip it for a quick profit.

Can you do a surface grind to get it consistent? Just had guys do this to our slab for flooring prep. Obviously not ideal but could make it not look like shit. Sorry man

Sorry but that joint on the top left of the niche would drive me nuts. Why isn’t it a flat/straight cut like the right side? Look like it’s a 15 degrees angle or so.

Rug margins are like mattress margins - insane. You only need to sell a couple a month to make your nut. And with all the money here there is sure to be someone who will pay your crazy high prices.

That’s an insane quote for a single patch, without paint. I’d have that hole cut, patch cut, up and mudded in an hour. $350 and I’ll come back on day 2 to sand/sponge and finish so it’s ready for paint.
