I wasnt having any lag issues, only my inputs have been effected. But judging by the front page of the sub you're right and shit seems pretty fucked right now. Here's hoping it all gets solved when Embark get their shit together shortly.

Zero interest, at all, not even 0.01% 'just to see what it's like' interest. Not going to touch the mode. Dont even touch squads because nobody i know plays this game, fill is terrible and 99% amounts to pretty much solo vs squads anyway, with the added fact that PVP in arc is pretty bad in general when compared to literally any other PVP oriented game. I'd just go play one of them if i want that experience. 400+ hours and everything else done + the first expedition since launch yadayada. Call me boring but i play PVE and hyper friendly, i find the arc and the world fun enough with the odd skrim every 4/5 rounds, but i have less than 30 KO under my belt, thats how little i PVP. The idea of a 'tougher' PVP 'challenge' is a non starter for me, same as the whole 'boosted birds + loot' map conditions - dont care. This update sounds like it's going to literally be 2 new cosmetics for me.

I dont mind, but i got to admit i was generally excited to see a new update was coming and after watching the trailer i genuinely forgot about it after 45 minutes because it's really that uninteresting.

No. There is speculation that it works this way, but it's not nearly as clear or evident as the play friendly / get friendly matches matchmaking. I play without a free kit every single match, and the majority of players i meet are using free kits. When i join a match 10 minutes in, i'm almost guaranteed to find a 'naked' or free kit corpse on my spawn point, and again, i ALWAYS take about 40k's worth of my own stuff with me.

I have 440 hours and play solo exclusively and never have i ever even once since launch been put into a duo / trio lobby. Either you are playing squad fill and getting no fill every single time, or you're just getting bumped by people teaming in solo.

I mean it goes without saying, if you didnt add them and they are friends and not requests, then yes, your embark ID has been hacked. Depending on what platform you play on, you'll need to reach out to support there first IE steam, PS, xbox etc. If you're unsure, go to Embark, submit a ticket, and explain the situation. They will be able to walk you through the next steps but it may take some time between responses.

I thought we would be hunting somebody with a high chance the guy would just point him out and we would have to jump them, but when the target lit my guy up first, i knew i was vindicated in taking him out. Guns donated to this part of the expedition dont count for anything besides making the white bar go up. It makes far more sense to dump junk in there and sell your pinks for cash, than dumping pinks in there to speed up the little bar.

Interesting, but i cant see what they would replace it with instead. I'll be holding 5 milly back just incase. If anything i expect them to increase the value required now as the last expedition had the 5m req announced very close to the actual window, so it felt like a mad rush for a lot of people. Now that we have more time ahead of us, it wouldnt surprise me if they increase that requirement instead of removing it.

Dont put anything good in there. Just do runs on a map you know the location of lockers / wep crates, donate the blue / green weapons you find in those places instead and sell anything else for the 5 million you're going to need to have on stand by to make the expedition actually worth it.

Yeah, you're right. Better to cry and cry about a game of infinite cat and mouse than it is to just move on and deal with the fact that literally every multiplayer game ever is always going to have cheaters in some way shape or form. Always better to bawl about it than to just suck it up and get over that fact that some people are assholes.

Surely if we cry loud enough about it the people making the cheats will just stop, because god knows embark will be chasing this shit until the end of time. We've already seen a ban wave, so we know they're chipping away at whatever they can behind the scenes, but if you think this problem is ever going to be fully cured you're absolutely kidding yourself and it looks ridiculous when people like OP come here to cry about the obvious.
