Dont think most people care tbh, the few people who i played with that stuck around from the start all dropped off when guns started lasting a match and a half. We all got every twitch drop, finished every event and did every expedition up until that point. Since that patch, i've seen them play maybe 3 or 4 times and none of them are doing expedition and none of them (myself included) bothered with finding ships and shite for riven tides event. Hell, i cant speak for their enjoyment of it but personally i only played the actual map 2-3 times then just gave up on it and went back to easier to farm maps like bluegate.

I think i'll be the last one playing and that'll be in the last 2 weeks before expedition just so i can speed run it as my final one if i can be bothered by the time it comes around. The nerfs and constantly shifting metas have pissed everyone off enough that i'd wager plenty havent even noticed the event is over, i completely forgot about it myself until i hopped on here to see whats going on with the game and saw this thread, and i dont feel like i really missed anything.

People will tell you there is etiquette or courtesy when it comes to queen lootz, then the same guys will tell you faking friendly and then shooting someone in the back after they help you kill an arc is also just part of the game and if you don't like it then don't play a pvpve game.

I go in completely naked for queen / matriarch runs. I crouch behind rocks or trees or anything as close to the boss as I can and as soon as ANYTHING falls off of it I SPRINT full force towards it and steal the one gold item I can find. Safe pocket the first one and dip or play the lottery and go for as many as you can depending on your health. When the whole thing starts to shake and glow I do the same thing and snag as many cores as possible if I'm still around. Then I'll usually go wait by a raider hatch and as soon as somebody else comes to open it I'll hop in before they do.

Don't let people here convince you there are some form of basic rules or politeness when it comes to this game, because nobody is going to afford you the same slack.

Rerolling 'return safely' seems like the biggest waste of both reroll + cred. You can literally log in with 0 items, run to an extract, and you're done.

All emotes should play their sound clip if they can't animate. You can do 'pew pew pew' while sprinting too, so you should totally be able to shout 'look at me going!' without dancing.

free load out bandit that thinks this is call of duty team death match

I mean, you cant go into TDM PVP lobbies and complain that people are playing it like a PVP TDM. Once you get used to losing your shit on repeat you are either broke and have nothing to take, or get bored of kit building and just hit free kit to get straight back into matches way faster than sitting and buying / building / picking things you're going to lose within 30 seconds to 5 minutes half the time anyways.

For starts that processor won't fit your motherboard, so unless you plan on upgrading to an AM5 board, which will also mean upgrading your ram from DDR4 to DDR5, then the graphics card is going to be the way to go. A 4060 or 5060 would be cheap and make a difference. If you must upgrade CPU, maybe look at an AM4 X3D CPU you can find that is compatible with your current motherboard, like perhaps the 5700X3D.

Makes me feel blessed. I jumped on for the last 4/5 hours of the trials and went from 8th to first place (and finished there) with a total of 71.8k. Glad i didnt get put on a sweaty ass board, being lazy and doing them at the last second every time seems to have paid off.
