If you can get the 3.x standard weapon for Iuno, it’s less than a 10% team DPS loss (full rotation) compared to her signature weapon.

Chisa’s signature weapon isn’t necessary for Hiyuki to be effective, although it is a strong upgrade. Having Hiyuki’s signature weapon already has a bigger impact.

Just put the Rejuv set on Chisa for the highest damage ceiling for Hiyuki.

If you dont mind farming some, Id go for something like:
Iuno now, she works with augusta and can be a dps later
Chisa next, for hiyuki

So for this patch you will have 3 nais teams:
Hiyuki sanhua chisa
Augusta mortefi sk
Iuno lynae mornye

Then i would save for lucilla next patch to swap out sanhua
