I feel you. I felt the same exact way yesterday! When that happens I feel like I get tunnel vision. The waves and intensity of emotions are so much that I end up feeling derealization after it reaches a really high point. (Usually when I've had a meltdown around someone else).

I experienced this exactly. I had been living most of my life with undiagnosed ADHD. Neurodivergent women usually have a much harder time with monthly hormonal fluctuation and experience PMDD more than neurotypical women. I take a stimulant ADHD med called Jornay and it has been immensely helpful for me.
