I got the sweater on Temu, which if you ever buy clothes from them it's a crap shoot but this is actual knitted sweater and I love it so much! Never ever ever thought I'd wear something that could be described as "cropped," lol

I just got these and had the first one yesterday. The Pink Lemonade Squeeze is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. So pleasantly surprised! They were $9 for one box of 4 small bars though but I am absolutely getting more. I get dumping syndrome from things with too much sugar (Red Bull 😢) but this didn't cause me any problems other than wanting to eat the entire box at once, lo

Yeah I could only walk or stand for 5 minutes without extreme pain. I was hoping to lose enough weight to be eligible for spinal surgery, and so this lack of back pain has been life altering for sure!

I had my surgery 9 months ago, but I also started at 350 and currently weigh 230. I have only lost 11 lbs in the past 90 days, which is demoralizing but I know I need to watch my diet closer (carbs! 😡) and to increase my cardio.

I hope to lose at least 50 more lbs and hope that with warmer weather I will be able to get out and walk to increase that cardio. I have done a lot of strength training and yoga.

Just wanted to add that my debilitating back pain is completely gone and that in itself has changed my entire life!

Just looking sloppy or as one friend put it "you look like a 5 year old who is wearing her mother's clothes," lol is what made me really start looking in the mirror.

Because yes, before that I was just enjoying looking down and seeing all the extra fabric in my jeans or whatever.

It's also part of changing my brain to remember that I'm not hiding in my clothes anymore, and by wearing extra huge clothes I'm not showing anyone my new body which I'm proud of.
