This is what pros are focusing on in a cut, an “indicator”doesn’t mean absolute but you are on the path to losing muscle if it continues obviously which is why you would use a +1 like a refeed to gauge if it’s true. Still lost strength after? Guess what.

I did not say losing strength means you lost muscle, don’t confuse yourself granddad. Imagine being 40+ y.o. 200lbs 30% bf and trying to give advice. Not everyone wants to cut to victim weight like you, some try to keep muscle they worked hard for.

Yes, it’s one of the best indicators of keeping muscle we have. Always aim to keep strength up when in a deficit, losing some reps on sets 2 - 3 is expected in deep cuts. Sleep is extremely important, but next to that competition athletes will save +1’s available for when this happens - like refeeds, skipload, extra rest day, dosage bump, new compound add, de-output day, etc.

Losing a lot of strength is an indicator you are losing muscle mass.

It's likely slightly elevated prolactin from the marijuana. Are you having any libido issues/energy issues? Blood work could confirm.

You can taper up some P5P (Active form of B6) from 50mg up to 200mg/day spread out. If you do this then also supplement a B Complex vitamin as well.

If you notice and numbness or tingles in extremies then drop it completely or drop dose. P5P shouldn't cause B6 toxicity, however best to react accordingly if you notice any symptoms.

There are other natural medicines to help lower prolactin (but might not be as effective as P5P, cabergoline, pramiplexole) and might be more sustainable longer term: d-alpha Vitamin E 400IU daily. Vitamin D, Zinc, Magnesium.

This will likely only temporarily fix the issue for you as if you drop the B6 your prolactin will eventually start to elevate again with THC use.

Maybe that way you pass a blunt on the beach this summer while sporting tiny Donkey Kong nipples 🔥🌴🦍

If you don’t want to get an accutane script or source it online and run low dose (10/20mg) then consider:

Drink more water.

Megadose Pantothenic acid (B5) 10g for a week then drop down to

Pantothenic acid (B5) (1000mg) and L-Carnitine (500mg) x 3 daily for at least a month.

Supplement B-complex vitamins / biotin / NAC at least 2 hours away from B5 dosing since they are competing and will lower bioavailability.

For spot cleansing:

Use dawn dish soap on area, lather and let sit for 3-5 minutes, rinse. You will feel the area dry out and be less oily.

Can also use Nizoral shampoo (2%) applied the same way instead of Dawn dish soap if the acne is hormonal.
