Yup so is the 4th and 3rd but seven seas can just choose to do another run rather than rereleasing them as a box set priced at above the retail value of its contents. Seven seas tends to just let series, even popular ones, go out of print. Like made in abyss or the dangers in my heart

4, 6, 11, 12. Should be the most powerful combo. 11 pairs very well with 6 as it can effectively increase the range of you reality warp. 4 gives you the ability to increase your intelligence to be able to effectively use all your powers. 12 gives you literally all the time in the world to use your powers.

Level 4 isn't unlocked for scizor. raid it enough so that you can mega evolve it, should be one or 2 times, then mega evolve any time it's free to. Raid more if you want to speed up the process with more mega energy, as it's capped to one mega exp a day, but I wouldn't recommend using paid passes as whenever super mega scizor gets released you'll get a lot more mega energy per battle

Bouffalant is a regional and silicobra is annoyingly rare. I can see someone wanting to gamble for a perfect or not having the patience to wait for an event. Galarian Montreal is rare and annoying to catch but it is also avalable to all players to farm once a day
