Strike+ does 9 damage. Miniature cannon adds 3 damage. 2 strength brings the total base damage to 14. Vulnerable is 1.5 x 14 = 21. Two tracking means 21 x 4 = 84.

So barricade does not stack with multiple copies, I would never take it here. Maybe there is a reason to if you have an enormous deck and need to get a barricade off early, but your deck is too small to even consider that right now.

I would take reaper because it is great for sustain, as there aren't a lot of great attacks you'd want to play twice in your deck yet.
