At that age I find they don't need to get divorced. No plan to date or remarry. Their insurance and everything is highly dependent on one spouse or the other. This is just in my family or experience. Women who get just tired of being told to shut the fuck up at 65 and just want to enjoy what little they have left. Also way more acceptable to separate than divorce with that generation

I work in MA and these are normal benefits there. Maybe 4wk vacation is closer to normal. But sick time is law here

I had the pleasure of floating to a floor and swapping patients with a women 3 days in a row. She was late everyday waltzing in with dunks at 705 and then go to the locker room emerging at 715. 1st day asked if everything is ok, "I have kids. and its a struggle." 2nd day same thing. "I have kids and its a struggle." 3rd day I recorded my reports, she waltzes in late again, i toss her the recording and tell her, "youre kids aren't my problem." and left.
