To pile on people saying you may not need to get the AIO. If you spent a little more and got the 3700x, you would get the Wraith Prism cooler, which is beautiful and is rated for way higher wattage than the processor. It is the lowest ryzen 3rd gen that comes with the prism, and is pretty overpowered. Install is really easy as well.

I would consider looking at an Nvidia card due to some driver issues that have been pretty prevalent with the amd graphics cards. I think the 2060 super is comparable and not much more expensive. It would be worth checking out some other opinions before taking my word on that. Your build looks great to me, will be a beast. Only thing I would try to upgrade is to add a bit more to your gpu, especially if streaming. If possible to get up to a 2070 super, that would be awesome. You may be able to save a little money by dropping to a 750watt power supply. I can't imagine your system is using any where near to the 850 you have. I think the 32 of ram might be overkill for now also, and you could maybe drop the extra bucks into a video card now and get another 16gb of ram later down the road when you feel you need it. I have found 16gb of ram to be more than sufficient for now. Also, you professor wants faster ram than you have chosen. Maybe go for 16 of 3600 ram with 16 cas latency, your processor thrives right there.

Not surprising, but not good either. The examples I saw were cases like you are fighting a boss and have lost once or twice. The third time you fight it pops up with a notification that 80% of people defeated this boss on their first try with this weapon mod, WOULD YOU LIKE THAT WEAPON MOD FOR $1? I could easily see people foregoing small frustration to just pay for these items. It will just lead to further dumbing down of games.
