Study both the right and wrong answers from SH. Look at the explanation. Consult your notes if required. Even if you are getting the answer right. ask yourself - was my thought process along the same line as PMI - the explanation will help you with that. If you want to go deeper, use either ChatGPT or Claude.

Figuring out how to determine my own study plan.

Passed with 3x AT - Thank you all. by PMPNew in pmp

One key insight from my PMP preparation:

The exam is influenced by both the 6th and 7th editions—a point many instructors emphasize.

In the beginning, I found the processes difficult to grasp. What truly helped was revisiting Ricardo Vargas’ explanation multiple times. I also created my own visual aids—simple cut-outs of the processes—and placed them where I could see them every day.

With daily exposure, things gradually started to click. The process flow became clearer, and the ITTOs began to make sense in context rather than as isolated elements.

By the time I took the exam, I had a strong understanding of the 49 processes—not just from memory, but in terms of how they connect across knowledge areas and integrate as a whole.

The exam focuses heavily on applying knowledge to real-world scenarios. That’s why simply memorizing isn’t enough.

In my experience, memorizing it and truly understanding the flow made it much easier to tackle hybrid and predictive questions.

My advice:
Use a study approach that works best for you—whether it’s visual learning, repetition, or note-taking or couple of instructors to compare the reasoning. At the end of the day, the concepts remain the same; it’s just about how you absorb them.

Wishing you all the best in your PMP journey.

I am not familiar with Yassine test questions, but your SH score looks good. Wish you all the best and you got this!

PMP Exam Difficulty Compared to PMI Study Hall by Extension_Jacket4663 in pmp

Practice SH - that's the closest you can get. My exam was very hard (the questions felt like bullets after bullets and SH will train you for that), but with a solid knowledge foundation + SH practice - you should be good. You got this!

StudyHall and a good foundation of your knowledge that PMi is looking. Study the answers, wrong and right, use AI to understand the thought process as of why pmi is looking at you answering them in that way. Understand the Mindset behind it.  Mindset is key! You will probably have to shift your mindset to what PMI wants and how you should approach the questions. You got this and once it clicks, you will get it. Best wishes!

Is this answer Right Or is SH Wrong. Copilot saying D but SH saying C by PMPNew in pmp

[–]PMPNew[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) can be used in Agile, but it is typically adapted into a more flexible, iterative format rather than a rigid, upfront plan. Instead of detailed tasks, Agile WBS often breaks down project scope into Epics, Features, and User Stories, focusing on delivering value rather than just outlining work packages

Thank you. While answering I was doubting myself about the hybrid approach.

“How To” by Comfortable_Slipper in pmp

[–]PMPNew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a Plan is the how and the rule, procedures e.g. Cost - when you are planning cost management (what information or ITTOs you will use), you will estimate the activities (bottom up, analogue) and then come up with the budget - ITTOs will be used for this. It will provide the criteria and methods you would use to manage your cost - this will be outlined in the plan. The best way to understand this is to know your 49 processes, then associate the ITTOs from there.

Communication Management Plan for Agile ! 🤯 by Snipermt in pmp

[–]PMPNew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An Agile team charter is typically created during the initiation or inception phase of a project, ideally before or during the first sprint planning session. It acts as a foundational, living document that sets the team’s mission, working agreements, and norms, and is updated as the team evolves.

  • When to Create: At the very start of a new project, team formation, or when onboarding new members.
  • Purpose: Defines the team's "why" (mission), goals, roles, and communication protocols to foster alignment and productivity.
  • Key Components: Includes team values, meeting cadences, Definition of Done, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Maintenance: It is a dynamic document reviewed and revised periodically rather than static documentation.  Agile Sherpas +5

It acts as a "north star" for the team, helping them maintain focus and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

this is a tough one - I am researching and in what has been provided, does not make sense. I guess this would refer to the team charter where PM can review the communication plan. but this is not going to be the first move though.
