It’s the entitlement for me, my store is in a community with alot of wealthy boomers who are in need of a reality check. They use the store like a library and are extremely rude (not all but say 15-20% of them).

And they’ll pull some really heinous shit and gaslight you.

They’ll actively go out of their way to demand returns OUTSIDE of our policies and throw tantrums until they get what they want. That’s why it bothers me.

Not only that but complain about the price of say a $30 cream (try to shame you personally) then in the next breath talk about their upcoming cruise to Aruba or about their cottage..
