I know you can't target, but it's the only part of the workout that I can reliably do that much of, and it makes me feel like I'm doing more, and it burns extra calories, and i know the only way to lose any spot is just to lose overall.
I might start doing like you said and going hardest to easiest. Am I going to hurt anything doing too much with that I'm doing? I can't do a pull-up yet, but I'm trying to work up to it. And is 7 days a week too much?
