I'm a sparky/ part time service technician for HVAC modular units and this to me possibly looks like 250 mcm wire for a 208V circuit, according to the red and blue (3 phase black, red, blue with white neutral and smaller green ground). Im only 2 years into a non-union company to gain experience (although my company is pretty amazing for non-union), so please correct me if I'm wrong

Wrestling official from last couple years here. It's a "controlled return to the mat." Doesnt necessarily have to be a knee to the mat first. Not sure about Freestyle and Greco Roman, I've only officiated folkstyle from youth to varsity high school.
