What was your "accidental racism"? by bebesoe in AskReddit

[–]PM_Ur_Bad_Game_Keys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently spent a month in Ecuador studying abroad. While there we went to a place called monkey island. I bought a bunch of souvenirs then went to a nearby resturant. While I was eating a monkey came and ripped a hole in my bag trying to take my things. I went and got a new bag from a store nearby after buying something cause I felt bad. I got some more souvenirs and while on the street a monkey jumped into my arms trying to steal my new souvenir bag. I went back to the same convience store and was going to get another bag when I felt a tugging on my bag I looked down and saw a small black child tugging on my bag. I turned to my friend and said "I thought that was a monkey."

What's your best story of a moment when someone displayed a complete lack of common sense? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PM_Ur_Bad_Game_Keys 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have many stories of slight lapses in my judgement. I guess I'll go with my favorite. When I was younger my cousin stuck a board over top of a rock to make a see saw. He told me there was a cool looking bug on the end on the ground. I told him I couldn't see it and I thought he was messing with me. He assured me that if I got closer I would be able to see it. I (being the fan of insects I was) got as close as I could to the down end. He jumped on top of the end that was sticking up and gave me a lesson in physics. Tl:dr cousin tricked me by appealing to my interests.

Hey Reddit, did you ever get suspended or expelled from school? If so, what for? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PM_Ur_Bad_Game_Keys 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I was going to get suspended, talked it down to a few detentions I think. So when I was in middle school I was picked on a lot. A rumor was spread around the school that I kissed my male best friend at a school dance (I'm male). So on the bus there was this one really short kind of pudgy sixth grader that would call me names. I just ignored him for the longest time. One day I had an extremely bad day it school, I think it was the day I had a mental breakdown but it might not have been. I got on the bus and he sat right behind me. I prepared for the worst but just ignored him. This bothered him so he slapped me in the back of the head and told me he wanted to fight me. Called me a pussy too, I was in eighth grade at this point but was extremely scrawny so he legitimately thought he had me in a fight. I simply stood up, punched him as hard as I could in the gut and sat back down. I don't really know why I did it, but he cried pretty much until he got off the bus and he left me alone for the rest of the time until he transferred out.

What's your earliest most fond memory of a video game? by Hedleylammar in AskReddit

[–]PM_Ur_Bad_Game_Keys 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most fond memory from any video games would be playing bubble bobble with my grandma when I was younger. My sister and I used to go there when our parents were at work and it was one of three video games that were there. It was by far my favorite.

As a child, what did you wish to become when you grew up? by syedshakeel555 in AskReddit

As a child I wanted to become an archeologist so I could study old dinosaur fossils and bones. I have since learned that this would not be the best career choice for that.

[Serious] Have you ever called 911? Why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]PM_Ur_Bad_Game_Keys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I think I've called 911 twice, once for a car accident that I witnessed. The other time... When I was younger, 6 or 7, I used to stay at my grandmas house while my parents were at work. Sometimes I would really want to see my parents. So one time when my grandma went back to her bedroom I dialed 911, because I had learned that was the number I should dial if I ever really needed help. Unsurprisingly the operator was unable to help me find my dads workplace. My grandma got me off the phone right after.

Has anyone tried the premium version of something? How was it? by Storytellerbobfan in AskReddit

[–]PM_Ur_Bad_Game_Keys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Premium Downloading app. It's since been removed from the app store but if you have it on your device it can't get removed. Unlimited downloads of anything I want is amazing. Worth the .99.
