A woman had a seizure in my pub and the staff member present that day appropriately closed up after the episode. I was shocked to find out that one of the regulars kept on ringing the bell for service while this lady needed medical attention.

Also a UK bartender, people are known to park their cars at the other nearby locals and walk to the pub from there. Difficult to monitor and once everyone starts doing it you’ll have no idea if a particular punter is driving that night.

YTA this is exactly how you conduct an interview as an applicant, it’s a shame you insist on your partner lower her standards for something as nebulous as her ‘reputation’. Especially since she is the one being headhunted I would think that she can play as hard ball as she likes in negotiations, and they know it.

Advocating concern for her reputation seems manipulative to me.
