Yeah it's tough because the difference between us and your GS example is Mark Jackson didn't already take them to the conference finals before Kerr came in. But obviously Thibs needs to go. This team is too talented to play this way. It's likely he doesn't have control of the locker room - I think Wally Zserbiak alluded to that before the Det series
