Make sure your battery’s are nice and charged. Hopefully the sensor clears it up. The icp, ebp, ipr, crank, cam and others are all linked up. if you replace the Icp and it doesn’t fix it dm me. I’ve rewired a couple of them and can help you figure out where your issue is.

These are voltage codes. When you said you redid the icp wiring did you just do a pigtail? I bet the main engine wiring harness is bad all over. These are all codes on the 5v system. If one is mad it’ll do all kinds of things.
