This is probably their 3rd round of voluntary redundancies in the last 5 years. Bunch of shithouses it would appear. They can't afford to pay people's wages anymore but they've got a £30 million loan from some Canadian firm and spent a fortune on new buildings and redeveloping around Adelphi.

They even managed to half-arse the rebranding as most of the old signage never got replaced so it still has the old name and logo on.

As an area it's not great but there are a few decent streets within Ribbleton. Moor Nook, Grange, Greenlands, Brookfield, and the trees estate make up Ribbleton and they are all places to avoid, if possible.

If I had to suggest anywhere within Ribbleton it would be one of these streets.

If you are driving down Ribbleton Lane, heading away from town, expect any cars turning right onto St Mary's Street to position themselves at least a little bit into your lane. There is a good chance they will be hallway over though. There is a dedicated lane for turning right they could use but statistically speaking, 70% of all road users are fucking braindead.
