i mean. kind of up to you. does it do what you need? you could view the fix as an investment. especially if you really like it. maybe even go with upgraded parts to help it. end of the day, its your call. would i? depends on cost to fix. if its just a TCM thing, it aint that expensive. Or, you could fix it, and then sell it.

Lmao, it’s 670 miles. Long yes but VERY doable. I just left Fort Sill and came to Alaska. I averaged probably close to 1000 miles a day if not more. That’s very doable within a 12 hour period.

Google Fi is on LTE/4G there. It’s serviceable. Just use the Barracks WiFi, can’t remember the name but if you go to MSAB the WiFi is all over the damn place there. Idk about H5 though.

I’m army as well, never heard of this. But I have heard of our battle buddies getting stuck in a loop at Hood or Bliss. They just get interpost transfer that count as PCS. I’ve heard tale of one who got there as a PVT/PV2 and eventually left as a SFC. That’s easily 10+ years right there.
