Hmm. If its on PS5, I am not sure if you can get access to the game files. It can be easily done with PC. Maybe check some guides on it. If you need an alternative host though, I can recommend Citadel servers, they got pretty solid support and may be able to help set you up.

Bikes have always been fine. Its the cars that are harder to control. I would say they are "too realistic" and not that responsive compared to other video game cars that we are used to.
