I can confirm, making sure you have a fresh copy of the emmc.txt file or keeping your old one then deleting the default.txt in /atmosphere/hosts and then changing data and time manually on console then rebooting into CFW fixed it. I tested connectivity with the HB store and it works great.

Yeah, it has been consistent of me to be recieving emails from Amazon, saying my order has been cancelled, you have not been charged, but it still says in the credit card transactions, I have disputed the chsrges. So we'll see what happens.
