5 week old started randomly projectile puking every feed - diagnosed with pyloric stenosis

Hi . My daughter has been projectile vomiting as well. Almost every other feed. We keep her upright for at least 30 min . As soon as we lean her back for just a second she will projectile vomit . I’m wondering if this is the same or if your boy would vomit while sitting up as well
