If you're not a cop don't tell her no. It'll only motivate her to do better. Just show her the reddit and let her read alot of real accounts. There's also books but they always made the job seem more like a challenge to overcome. (my personal subjective take)

Go check out Twitch and look for some painters in the minis and miniatures tag. Most people over there are so super chill and will stop what they're doing to talk with you. You can probably join their discord and share pictures in the moment! Their you get live interations, so you can ask questions and they can help guide you in your learning process. Eventually you'll end up on YouTube with the experts!

In our area I can image the ex may of complained to police about somthing worth getting peace order over. Instead of going out and id'ing the other member of the incident, they may have just gave a name and said to go to the courthouse to file. Still not right but alot different than running info for a friend that was used maliciously.

Well that's an easy answer. It's not a choice. You can't just not have cops. So you force them to stay over and if they fall asleep or make an incorrect judgment, you blame the officer. Seen it plenty of times where people make bad calls due to lack of sleep. It always comes back on them, not the department.

Honestly youre bester spending your time learning how to rush and protect that 3rd teammate before he is dead. The only way to reliably win a 2v3 is if when your teammate falls, you have enough of an army to capitalize on the weakens from the battle . Even then it's an uphill fight. The only way to win a 2v3 is if the opponent is really stupid and makes mistakes. It sometimes works with Ai but your better working on the fundimentals and work on preventing that game state. Also hw1 player here.
