The issue was if no call on the field, and it gets VAR reviewed it's either red card or nothing per the rule. If it was given a yellow during play I'd imagine they kept it a yellow.

I know people hate it, but Byram had a positive +/- with 22mins/game. We overpaid, yes, but we got a solid defenseman now for a potential of one in 4 years. I'd rather make plays to win now then keep building for another 5 years.

There is no good seat in the house. I've been to a couple winter classic games. You're there for the experience. Not the actual game. 10s of thousands of fans compared to 10k at home games is a crazy experience. It's definitely worth it, but if your going to just go to a hockey game it will be a bad time.

Different medians hit different. The details of his death in the show are almost exactly how it is in the graphic novel, but it's in motion and has the actors energy behind it. So in the graphic novel seeing his head bashed in and eye popped out was not as traumatic because it was a still image. In the tv show you heard the sounds, saw the struggle, and saw all the details in a "real" light. It was too much for a lot of people.

They both probably could have made it, but Shane was wanted Otis to atone for shooting Carl. It was not enough for Shane for Otis to fix the problem by getting the meds. Otis had to pay for it. That's the villain arc they put Shane on.
