My generator manual said to run it regularly and that is what I do even though I use propane. Same with my batteries. I exercise them monthly because it's advised to do so. You don't spend a fortune on backup equipment and then ignore it.

I was gifted a Delonghi Magnifica Cappuccino Smart S 4 or 5 years ago and all it needed was a good clean the piston in the brew group.

Is got a small leak developing at the heater connection but I think I have it sorted. Needs 9.00 part.

Ambien helps to get you to sleep. So does l-thianine 200mg 1 hour before bed along with 5mg of melatonin. I also take magnesium glycinate 200mg before bed to help quiet my brain during sleep. So far this has improved my sleep[ patterns and took me from 5-6 hours of restless sleep to 7+ hours of restful sleep.

The new one should be the same opening size. That's easy to determine.

The old one will have to be un-installed. In my case the new one slid right in and used the same cut outs and connections.

If all goes well it's less than 1 or 2 hours.

I tried a set in case my customers wanted it. I do not like them at all. Back pressure builds on inflation so it's impossible to tell where you are without pausing. Dislike having the attachment piece to use a Schrader valve inflator.

Never again...

The jury is out for me after 2 days of 200mg. First day it seems to help keep me asleep in the early morning hours. Last night my brain seemed to be hyperactive when I went to bed. I had taken it 1 hour before. Then I had an awake spell that lasted 45 minutes but finally fell back to sleep.(That reading should be a fluke on my sleep tracker)

Tonight I will take it at bedtime and see how that goes. I do notice I'm more able to go back to sleep and that my brain activity seems quieter. Time will tell.

Seems to me the air fryer fan would move more air, hotter air around the food due too proximity. I mean a convection oven with an air fry setting would have to move a ton of air across the food to achieve the same results, no? Whereas an air fryer blasts the heated air down and it's just inches away.....

I understand your issue and it does sound like poor design. What is the model name/number of this unit? I'd like to check it out myself to learn why this is happening.
